SERVICE TERMS
Terms of use.
Terms for using Sevren models, API access and account credit.
Permitted use
Do not use this service for child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, illegal activity, or targeted harm. Open-weight models and privacy features do not remove these restrictions.
Models and prices
Prices are per 1M tokens and listed on the pricing page; the operator can change them. Reasoning models bill their thinking tokens as output. Paid models are abliterated and uncensored.
Accounts and credit
An account is the wallet you sign in with. There is no username, password or email, so an account cannot be recovered without its wallet. Wallets are connected through Privy, a third-party wallet connector described in the privacy model. A session token is also an API key: anyone holding it can spend the account’s credit until you sign out.
Payments
Credit is added with on-chain payments of ETH or USDG on Robinhood Chain to the Sevren payment contract, which forwards them to the operator's treasury. A payment becomes account credit after 900 further blocks, usually 1 to 2 minutes, valued in USD at that moment: USDG one to one, ETH at the Chainlink ETH/USD price. This early credit policy precedes Ethereum finality; Sevren accepts the risk of a chain reorganization. You pay the payment's network fee.
Payments are final and non-refundable. Once sent, the funds belong to the Sevren operator. They cannot be withdrawn or refunded, and credit cannot be exchanged back into ETH or USDG. Payments are public on Robinhood Chain and linked to your account by its payment reference.
Your session
The terminal keeps conversation history in this browser by default. Clear it or switch saving off on shared devices. Model output can be inaccurate. Read the privacy model before sending sensitive information.
Failed requests
Sevren does not retain prompts, completions or request bodies, including requests answered with an error. Request-body debug capture is disabled. Each response carries an X-Request-Id header; quote it when you report a problem.
